PM Assessment Services

Pro Mind Assessment Services consists in a course offer the mission of which is to transfer our competencies relating to the use of PM Assessment Tools and the interpretation of their results. This service is offered to all of our clients who adhere to the Pro Mind Charter.

Creation of a job profile	Gain a command of the creation of job profiles with Potential™.	1 day
Conducting a development interview	Gain a command of the techniques used to conduct development interviews.	1 to 2 days
Creation of reports models	Become independent in the setting-up and redaction of interview reports.	1 to 2 days
Management of potentials portfolios	Learn how to use and valorize the company’s database of test results in order to allow for a professional management of its potentials.	2 days
Integration of Potential™ into an Assessment Center	Learn how to successfully integrate Potential™ into an Assessment Center (AC) approach.	2 to 5 days
